Two years ago my dad tasted an odd whopper from here. I smelled it and agreed that it smelled wrong and he started vomiting it up. Today my brother had two burgers and nothing else and four hours later he is in and out of the bathroom vomiting, diarrhoea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

Tropical smoothie I started getting rumbling in tummy in late afternoon & diarrhoea started about 7 pm - it lasted for about 2 hrs & then stopped, It happened on Thurs 8/4/2021  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate a two pinto bean tacos yesterday. They had lettuce, cheese, corn and sour cream on them. I ate at 1:30 and my first symptom (vomiting) started occurring at around 5:30.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
