Cos lettuce 1 person got sick, cos lettuce was eaten last night for dinner, started getting stomach cramps at 2am and vomiting and diarrhoea started at about 4.30am

I ate 2 pieces with some coleslaw the night of the 23rd July and again got nauseous then an hour or so later I got diarrhea. As it was all I had eaten since around 10am on the 22nd July I have to assume it was definitely their chicken or their coleslaw.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I had an apple & pear cake on July 17th 2021. It felt weird eating it, the taste wasn't sweet, it was hard to swallow. Of course several hours later I was vomiting and diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Chinese food takeaway. I got food poisoning after eating sweet & sour pork & fried .rice. When u spend $30.30 u don't expect your food to make u sick. Three hours after I ate it projectile vomitting
