The morning after eating dinner from their hot bar, I woke to intense pains and vomiting. On a previous (unreported) occasion, I ate some of their pizza and suffered from the standard symptoms of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Tried chicken tacos for the first time (with salsa, sour cream and lettuce) in the evening. Woke up with itchy red rash all over my face and stomachache. I didn't eat or do anything unusual that day, so I assumed it was tacos. I'm not allergic to anything either.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Skin Rash, Stomach Pain
