Suspected source: Rotisserie chicken and/or grape tomatoes
Onset: Right away

Additional information: I’m on day 3 of symptoms- any food I take in, however minor, liquefies immediately

I am a very health person, and I Ate some heavily ranched pizza slices.. next thing you knew I was so sick. It was really really bad and scary. I didn't know who I was for almost a day. Ended up in the hospital with serious food poisoning and an IV.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
