I ate a griiled chicken sandwich and bacon and cheese baked potato. I ordered around 7:30 pm May.9 2018. I picked off a piece of lettuce that was rotten. At 4am I woke up vomiting. At 7 am I had dirahhrea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate a whopper and within hours was feeling sick , got chills and as the day progressed threw up every 20 minutes . I hadn't eaten anything that day besides the whopper which is what lead me to assume that's the main source of this .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
