Had the Big Mac meal with a chocolate shake on Sunday. Immediately developed an extreme stomach ache. Worked through my system, extreme pain, no vomiting. Tuesday evening and I still am not right but less in pain now than yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Hi,

Ordered a pepperoni and ground beef pizza with cheese bread and lava cake and ate it around 9 30 PM. Noticed small stomach cramping and gas until I woke up at around 3AM and had bad diarrhea and vomiting. Its now 4AM and I'm still experiencing stomach pain and nausea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain, Cramps
