Our son had one children's serving of the chocolate ice cream and has been vomiting all night. My wife and I had tried a taste of it after he was finished with it and it did not taste right. The is the first time he has ever vomited so it must have been the ice cream.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Both my wife and I ate different sandwiches topped with bacon and experienced severe food poisoning.

Got all you can eat sushi, sashi tasted off. Both my Date and I had severe diarrhea, it was black and when we called the restaurant said oh we checked and the food was all fine, it wasn't please do yourself a favour and don't go there worst all you can eat sushi in Ottawa  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
