On Saturday late afternoon my husband and I ate a Pad See Ew/Fried Rice and we both had the diarrhea during the night. I am sure the food was not fresh. Both plates included eggs and shrimps  I explained everything above   | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered a Medium Pepperoni pizza with peppercorn ranch. I had about 2 slices and I started to feel a bit unwell. After a few minutes I started feeling like I was going to throw up. I drank a glass of water but I still ended up being sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
