I ate lunch at KFC in Bathurst, i ate at 12:10. I had popcorn chicken combo. A few hours laters i started having diarrhea, vomiting, horrible stomanch cramps and a fever of 39.1
I went to hospital to seek help, i was dehydrated from vomiting and diarhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

On November 9th 2016, I hadn't had a chance to eat besides a banana in the morning. After work, around 6-7pm, I went to Bayshore shopping Mall and ordered two Mozza Burgers with extra sauce from A&W in the food court. Went home to eat them both.… See more

Little Caesars on Appleby just south of Dundas. I ate a hot and ready pepperoni pizza for dinner...woke up the next morning at 5am with vomiting, upset stomach and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
