Wednesday August 8 @ approximately 640pm. Had the chicken taco’s with fries, a glass of water with lemon. Woke up Thursday morning with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Pain has continued through out the day and could not be far from a toilet. Thursday August 10th, same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Vision Problem

SundayAug.5,2018 ate at Kings Buffet.
ate a variety of foods,normaly I have a cast iron stomach.
3 am I had sh*t the bed , violent diarrhea, never slept the rest of the night,on the toilet every half hour ,still sick on Tuesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered the tuna poke, I was debating between that and their chips and the waitress recommended the poke and said it was "fresh" it was slathered in hot sauce and at first glance, I thought it tasted alright, I've never had spicey poke before. I woke up at 5 am and have been puking for hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
