Monday april 30th. Had a cold cut on Italian herbs and cheese. Cucumber pickle and onion on sub. Symptoms started almost right away and have kept steady for over 48 hours now. Seems to just be getting worse. Not even able to hold water down  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

We had the breakfast close to noon on Monday Apr 30 at Beacon Hill A and W. We started feeling stomach upset late afternoon followed by cramping, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting all evening and night. I called to let them know. Neither of us ate anything else… See more
