My son ate McDonald’s for lunch on Wednesday may 9th. He hasn’t been anywhere else. Didn’t eat supper afterwards either. A while later started projectile vomiting and had some diarrhea as well. It only lasted a few hours and the only thing that came out was indigested McDonald’s!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Got groceries delivered on Sunday around dinner time. Ordered potato salad with yams and had that for dinner. It tasted ok but was a bit warm - like it had been on the truck for a while. Was sick within a couple of hours. Missed two days… See more

I ate a griiled chicken sandwich and bacon and cheese baked potato. I ordered around 7:30 pm May.9 2018. I picked off a piece of lettuce that was rotten. At 4am I woke up vomiting. At 7 am I had dirahhrea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate burrito within hours got stomach pains, nausea, diarrhea, and headache. Went to bed to wake up running to washroom. Missed toilet aimed for sink. Whole burrito was intact.
