Was only there 3 days upon returning back to the US started feeling sick chills fever cold sweats and yea explosive diarrhea, great time but I will NOT be returning to this resort again food was okay but nothing worth getting sick over .Wouldn’t recommend  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Sweating

Took a tour to saona and after eating the lunch buffet there I started to feel really sick, had diarrhea and was vomiting. The food was prepared super unhygienic and the meat was purple, it was absolutely horrible!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: Not sure
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Not sure exactly what I ate, but have nausea and chills and lightheadedness. Have to fly home today, wish me luck
