I believe it might of been the lamb chops or the arugula salad I had at dinner in caio. I got sick early sat am. Woke up feeling nauseous. Spent the following 9 hours in the bathroom with severe symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had food at the Italian restaurant, and that evening my stomach started to hurt. I woke up multiple times in the middle of the night to do Diarrhea vibes and in the morning as well. Please be careful eating food and bring snacks with you from your local country if you want to avoid Diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
