About 12 years ago, I went to Dominican Republic for vacation. I needed some rest; but was very healthy.
When I came back, I was very sick. I thought was some bad flu, for months I had to treat diarrhea, abdominal pains, kidney problem, lethargy. Now I can say, that trip made me very sick!.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Arrived May 23 2019 become extremely ill on the 26th. Diarrhea stomach pain, back pain, headache, flu like symptoms. Only ate their food And did not drink the water. Had 4 drinks the whole trip day before getting sick. Lasted almost a month. Never will be returning to the DR.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain

Attended a wedding August 2018. Over 12 of us got severely ill and we all had salmon (lox and bagels), Within 24 hours after eating salmon from buffet or from a coffee shop on site - with sandwich’s made with salmon  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

My neice and nephew just went two weeks ago...And after they ate at a resturant they had diarhea and stomach cramps..They are children ages 9 and 11 yrs old...Thier mother became Ill as well..
