Last night Probably buffet chicken or old mayo? Not sure I also ate at the tropical casa Blanca which is attached to this hotel. May have been from there or here (Cofresi). Unable to be sure which hotel as I eat at both daily  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache

I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. It was 4 days into our 10 day trip. I have not eaten 3 days and struggle to hold water down. The vomiting has eased up but the diarrhea has not stopped. The buffet food was always cold or luke warm. Two of us stayed at Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana Resort March 3 - 10, 2026. We both became ill. We ate only at this resort. We both have medical lab reports showing a result of salmonella. E. coli led me to vomiting so much I almost passed out of heat stroke. Loss of blood pressure and other symptoms in ambulance makes me believe I was septic.
