We went to Isla Saona on February 22 of this year, Klub Saona, and the next day I started with abdominal pain and very severe diarrhea, with general malaise and dehydration. I had to take antibiotics and Loperamide Spoiled or contaminated food  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Feb 18, 2026 Uncooked fish and food handling at the buffet I think I was violently ill for about eight hours, vomiting. I was then very unwell for the next five days.
