Me and 4 others just in my group this past week for sick after being there. One of them had to go to the ER there due to the violent dry heaving. Will not be back. This place was not clean - no workers wearing gloves - and was run down in several areas.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

Not sure where exactly I got sick from. I’m pregnant so I wasn’t drinking and was very careful with what I ate. We stayed at lifestyles in cabarete. Ate there at breakfast everyday. Got sick on my 3rd day there. Other restaurants we ate at before I got sick were Nectar, kucara, and Tip Top Catamaran  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other
