Zucchini, red pepper, olive tapenade, halloumi cheese, Had the vegetarian sandwich (grilled zucchini, eggred pepper, olive tapendate and halloumi) at 2:30pm and by 5pm I had diarrhea and nausea followed by vomiting shortly after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
