So violently ill, either from Chibali breakfast buffet or ice in water. This was a special occasion and the most expensive vacation I’ve ever taken, and food poisoning absolutely ruined my wife’s milestone birthday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Jan 3, 2023 Eating Tacos but I suspect it was the salsas that are passed from one set of clientes to another without refrigeration The taco stand was near the ferry terminal area. They claimed to be voted best taco in 2019. Street name not sure  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
