Feb 10 2023, Food there. I have been at this resort for 5 days and have eaten absolutely nothing other than the food provide here at the resort. My husband and I are both extremely sick, throwing up, fiag  | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
Suspected source: Not sure - mexican plate of chilaquiles, rice - Special mayan plant similar to spinach (cooked)
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
