June 8, I purchased a tuna fish sandwich. (I always eat tuna). It tasted fine nothing seemed off until after I consumed the sandwich. I got a pounding headache, nausea, vomiting, and a painful itchy rash over my body. I believe it was due to Scombroid poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Skin Rash

Got sick on the delta flight to Detroit. I ate the fish stew here and also ate on the plane. Starting feeling sick about 4 hours before landing on August 15th.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
