Had a number of food items at this eatery for dinner with friends. I was the only one who had passion fruit juice at this eatery. I started vomitting, having diarrhea and a 37.5c fever that night and the next day. Friends are fine so far.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Ordered an original glazed doughnut at Vivo around 7pm, 16 June. (I did not eat anything else since 11am) Reached home around 8.30pm and started experiencing a very bad stomach ache which lasted till the next morning. Then came the diarrhoea and vomiting. Ate YAKI Soba, Salmon Sashimi, chawanmushi and potato salad. went home and few hours later got awaken by nausea and started vomiting for at least 8 hours. Could not intake any water, had bouts of diarrhea. bad cramps and back aches all the way to my shoulders.… See more

Went to Ikea Tampines last Wednesday for dinner and had the smoked salmon and meatballs. Wife only had the meatballs and was fine but I came back and vomited throughout the night and vomited green liquid the next day.
