I ordered egg fried rice with prawn but after 4 hours of consuming it I got cough and sore throat.
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: other: Sore throat and cough
Suspected source: Egg fried rice with prawn
Onset: 4 to 12 hours  | Symptoms: Cough, Sore Throat

Had it for lunch - egg whites sweet potato chicken breast, with their soy ponzu sauce. Bizzare because I eat here so often. Got a serious case of food poisoning. Vommitting. Disappointed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
