Ordered 2 packs of mixed vegetable rice with the same combination at 7 pm on 17 Sep 2020. Both packs were consumed within 30 mins of takeaway. Symptoms began for both family members that ate the food after 11 pm, including bloating, diarrhea, nausea, vomitting, and abdominal pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain

Had the same food the entire day as my husband and mother except for dinner when I had the fried rice and both of them had the fried ramen.

They're both well whereas I got sick around 2 hours after eating the fried rice.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
