I ate at Ramen Matsuri with my colleagues (3 pax) on April 26th for lunch. We all ordered different main items but all got additional gyoza $3 for 3 pieces on that day. Few hours later we started feeling stomach discomfort continued with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had the Beef Bolognese at Saizeriya for lunch this afternoon, 26 April 2019. My colleague had the Milano Gratin. Both of us had drinks from the lunch drink bar.

We experienced diarrhoea and nausea and will be visiting our respective GP.

We will be consulting our lawyer on this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

l went to a food cour this Wednesday noon and started diarrhea that night. my temperature hit 41 degree in the past two days several time. Since yeasterday, I am in a hospital for treatment and not yet recovered  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever

My Girlfriend and I was celebrating her birthday at the pelican. We ordered the oyster and prawn platter. 4 hours later we both felt nausea and vomitted. Vomiting lasted till the next day afternoon. We went there on the 18th April 2019, table 22. Invoice 026-0000010066  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I visited The Pelican on 16/04/2019, 6:45pm for dinner. We ordered white wine, a dozen of Oysters, Lobster Bisque, The Pelican Burger and Snapper Pie to share.
