Took the chicken rice with lotus soup felt giddy immediately when stand up after meal. Felt terrible along way home head and stomach spinning. Rush to toilet and ended in a mess. Bought through Food Panda at Saap saap thai IMM. Tasted the thai iced tea which had an awful stale milk flavour to it. Drank it like 14 cup and decide to stop. Slept for about an hour two woke up as needed to shit. Been doing so for the past few times already watery stool.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
