I bought cheese puffs o Monday 5 February. Soon after eating 2 of the puffs, I started vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. I can't even drink water as it also comes out  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I was on flight UA2223 from Cape Town South Africa and I got E. Coli from the Eggs on the plane. I had diarrhea for 72 hours before I went to the doctor and they took a stool sample and informed me of the Bacteria.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
