9 Sep 2022, I had a falalafel avo wrap for lunch, with a salted caramel smoothie. By 19:30 at dinner i started feeling ill, had to cut my amazing dinner short and spent the night hunched over the toilet, wrenching my bowels out  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

03/09/2022, Either oysters or charcuterie board at Durban Picknpay food and wine festival. My girlfriend also became sick with same symptoms and had to be rushed to the emergency room at St Augustines Hospital. The only meals we shared were the oysters and the charcuterie board.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
