I bought two big Mac meal for my boys on Friday night 11.03.2022. the following morning around 6:00 am they were both vomiting. My elder son, while they were eating those burgers he did mention that it test a bit off.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

My boyfriend and I had food from there on Saturday (double crunch meal), and have severe food poisoning (salmonella). It’s now Thursday 5 days later, symptoms have not eased at all and we’ve missed the week of work   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Lunch at an Italian restaurant in Constantia, dinner sushi from Chinese take away in Claremont, bottled water, glass of wine. Became very I’ll at about 10pm until 8 am the next morning, vomiting and diarrhoea , cold sweats, shortness of breath, heart palpitations. Not sure what caused… See more

Yesterday bought ready packed lunch and I have had diarrhea since 1AM, can't eat anything besides drink water.

I pick up home grown spinach from my mom`s garden on the 13Th February 2022, After cooking, we ate at around 13:00, I ate at about 17:00, I started feeling somehow at 21:00, then later I ran to the toilet where I started vomiting and had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
