I ordered after working late, got home and ate it and about an hour later suddenly got really sick had serious diarrhoea, as soon as I attempted to leave the bathroom I was being sick constantly for about 20 mins.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

purchased this sorry looking ‘bacon roll’ . Freezing cold undercooked bacon and to top it off charge 29p extra for the ketchup . It could be the saddest looking roll I’ve ever seen . And at £3.40 it should be better .

Tuna mayo salad, Ate salad about 12pm and just after 3pm fast onset of stomach cramps, then diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea and feeling faint for approximately 40 minutes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue

I ate a Jamaican burger meal and experienced horrible nausea afterwards, I got ill about 5 hours after I ate at the restaurant. I have contacted the restaurant and they provided a refund albeit denying responsibility for the suspected food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea
