Earlstown McDonald’s in Newton-Le-Willows, ordered 20 chicken nuggets about 1 hour 30 - 2 hours I started to get stomach cramp and sickness. Sickness occurring all through the night and is still occurring now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

About 8-9pm today (09.06.2018)I bought a Spicy Chicken
snack wrap in Ipswich 2 Hening Ave, IP3 9QJ, at 12am I began to feel nauseated and and started to vomiting. MacDonalds was all I had eaten that evening (from 3pm)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday (8/6/18) ate a original recipe burger, began to feel sick after first bite but carried on. Are rest of burger and was feeling sick all afternoon. Got home had diorhea and vomited 4 times. Was fine after got it out so evidently food positing  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
