Chinese food 2 people. Started getting diarrhea 2to 3 hours after our meal. Extreme bloating and fatigue. Went to urgent care and doctor confirmed I have gastroenteritis. We have been ill for 6 days now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating, Fatigue, Gas, Nausea
