Big Mac meal  Yesterday around 5pm I ate Big Mac meal with fries and a large sprite, I was fine until. 3 AM I woke up with sharp pain and went to the restroom to find out I had Diarrhea, been having it since 3AM.. time now is 10:23 and still feel uncomfortable in stomach.
