Ordered Broccoli Cheddar Mac n Cheese for lunch at work with a coworker. 30 mins to an hour later bombed the bathroom. Had to leave work early. Non stop runs throughout the night. It’s a bit less than 24 hours later and I feel like I got hit by a truck. No this for a while.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Became violently ill after eating 2 cheese burgers and Oreo McFlurry at this location. I’ve had severe vomiting and diarrhea several hours after consuming the food. I believe the burgers may have been raw and my order did take longer the usual at the drive through. Will never patron here again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

got a burrito bowl with no meat but with sofritas, i ate it when it had already turned coldbut 20 minutes after i felt nauseas, then for the next several hours (its ongoing) I have thrown up 6 times with the only thing i had even eaten in the past 24 hours was this order.

Cut up pineapple a few days ago since two knats were flying on it. Had it in fridge for 5 days. The first time eating was fine. Nothing in my stomach today had about 6 small pieces. Felt so nauseous 20 mins later. Had to throw up.  | Symptoms: Nausea
