Sunday Tesco sausage roll I ate the sausage roll and then approximately 3 hours later was sick. I have had extreme diarrhoea for four days and have been off of work for 3 days. It has made me incredibly ill and my doctors have said they believe it to be from the sausage roll  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
