Ate lamb feast with salad and potatoes around 8 pm 4/6/2019. Slight nausea 4/7 day. Full on waterworks for 24 hours morning of 4/8-4/9. Lamb was undercooked and lukewarm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate at Doc’s last night. I had the two piece white meat fried chicken dinner. I felt a little funny when going to bed. The next morning I woke up at 9 and ran to the bathroom and puked, that was immediately followed by diarrhea. My symptoms occurred untill 3 o’clock in the afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
