May 22 2022, I ate one muffin on 5/22 and almost immediately started feeling nauseous.  It got worse throughout the day. I didn’t eat anything else. By nightfall I was vomiting with diarrhea and 101degree fever and chills.  This continued all night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Nausea

Tuesday, Ate LA BANDERITA CHORIZO FINO 12OZ from here. Within hrs felt food poisoning symptoms. Same brand same store same issue in June 2021. First time we've tried it since the incident in 2021.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
