After my 8 year old ate peanut butter with apple for a snack for a few days. He became very very sick with vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pains along with a high fever for 4 to 5 days. I stopped in to get coffee and a toasted cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese. I used their half n half. That's all. I later cut and ate watermelon had some ginger carrot soup from a sealed jar. It was hard to get lid s off so I don't think it was contaminated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
