At a coffee shop and small resturant here, The food was the last thing I ate 3 days ago. I've had terrible diarrhea and stomach cramps. Some throwing up.I bought peptol bismal for diarrhea.. After 24 hours I was and still able to hold water down as long as I sip it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

2 Bacon double stacks, 5/9/2022 Got sooo sick about 2 hours after eating there. This is the second time (and the last) I eat there. Nausea with explosive vomiting, and diarrhea this morning. NOT good.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

On 4/13 bought a new box from here. About an hour later began having severe stomach pains and cramping. Vomiting/retching for about 15 minutes. My spouse had eaten everything I had in the last 36 hours except for the cereal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
