Went to carrs at midnight got the sesame chicken with rice from the deli. Couldn’t sleep around 3 am I started getting sick and had to puke with chills dizzy spells, very thirsty, can’t hold down water with no food appealing to me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills

Cold, pink chicken - almost ice in the middle. I couldn't get any help from the manager, when I asked her she said "I'll look into it", and went back to texting.
Watched her later on drop something that looked like a serving spoon on the floor, pick it up and put it back with the rest.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband and I have been sick for several hours after eating at Taco Bell. I had two chalupas and a soft taco. He had a box meal. I ate a Chicken Burrito with Queso and a Drunken Yardbird at Qdoba on Diamond in Anchorage ASK on Friday (3/31). The symptoms began about 3-4 hours later.
