I went to McDonald's on 59th and bell around 430pm I got a 10 live chicken nugget and large fry, at about 1050pm I had bad stomach pain took a tums then threw up green and pink comet, never eating McDonald's again  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate a few pieces of pizza and some cheesy bread. Seemed good, but about 30 mins after was in the bathroom throwing up with massive diarrhea. My mom ate the same thing and we were switching off in the bathroom. Horrible experience. Will never eat anything from this location again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
