Salad from here, dressing? Falafel?  Ate about 6pm started with shakes about 8:30pm and those lasted about 3 hours And had to pile blankets on to stop them. Them vomiting and diarrhea and still have headache and nausea this morning and dizziness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness

This morning about 10am I got a 5 inch flat bread steak whole egg and provolone with spinach, olives, oinions, mayo and avacado. Started feeling sick around 5pm ish and started to vomit around 9pm. Uncooked french fries!!! My two kids under 4 vomited for 24 hrs followed by me and my husband vomiting and diarrhea for 48 hrs! Severe stomach pains as well. Was seen by a doctor to confirm. Couldn’t even hold down water for several hours and my husband had to miss work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I believe the problem came from sour cream. My husband and I ordered the same dish but he didn't eat the sour cream on his plate. My symptoms were severe abdominal pain, headache, muscle pain, particularly in my legs as well as shaking and chills. Went to location with bike family for bike for BOGO yesterday around 5:30 pm. Ate with group. Two of us are the exact same thing, with three ingredients different to the rest.
