On my three most recent visits maybe a week apart each I have got diarrhea from eating The Box Combo. I always eat the whole meal, so I can't assume what part of it is causing this. I haven't really felt pain or nausea, but this is a pattern now. Gonna have to stop buying it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My whole family had burrito bowls for dinner. My symptoms hit me that same night before going to bed and was throwing up every hour of the night up until 10am the following morning. My family woke up the same morning with similar symptoms and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea

My first time in this place to buy a "fresh" salad in a container because I like to eat healthy for dinner in the mornings. 12 hours later, I'm vomiting with diarrhea and can't even hold my water down to stay hydrated.
