I bought some pre-packaged watermelon slices that is listed for 598 all it says on the package is watermelon from Mexico I ate it at approximately 12 a.m. then awoke around 7 a.m. having diarrhea and vomiting all over myself uncontrollable and vomiting up watermelon pieces been going on for 5 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

rotten, the kale was badly wilted, the apples were brown, and it was not cold. The smell when I opened the container was foul.
Stomach instantly turned when I took the one bite, but no serious effects. Around 4am, woke up with intense stomach cramps, severe diarrhea, and nausea. My boyfriend also ate lunch here, and had similar pains.
I have my servsafe certificate and I have my culinary degree. I've been trained to understand proper food handling/temperatures. I am positive that the food caused food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

until the present. I still have the same original pain I had on 3/7/17. I vomited 3 times on 3/7/17 around 6 am. I almost vomited this morning 3/9/17. We have had the same pizza from Wal Mart many times before but this packaged pizza was different and to our knowledge this is the first time we go sick from the pizza. I hoed the pain would go away. If I'm still sick tomorrow I make an appointment to see a doctor.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
