Today 12/23 at 3:30 pm, My kids ordered the pizza box from Pizza Hut with one cheese pizza and one with chicken topping, the box also contained chicken wings and breadsticks, 4-6 hours after eating they complained of severe stomach pain and then dirriah and then they throw up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Around 6pm on November 27, 2017, I ate two McChickens. It was the last thing I ate. The following day at 7am I woke up to soiled underwear, bad cramps, and constant vomiting. Whenever I take a nap I wake up to soiled underwear.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

2 family members ate chinken sandwiches at the same time then hours later experienced the same symptoms. My husband did not eat at McDonalds but got sick the next morning after being in their house the afternoon before and touching the same items they touched, he didnt wash his hands before he ate.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
