we ordered 5 happy meals and 3 of our kids have been throwing up since. I believe it may be linked to the nuggets as that’s what majority ate. They’ve been vomiting every 20-30 min since about 7-8pm last night  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I believe I got a food-borne illness from an egg and cheese protein box from there. I'm the only one in my family who got sick and that is the only food that I ate by myself.
