I got a large iced vanilla coffee and a McGriddle. Shortly after I started to feel lightheaded and nauseous. Later that night I was violently vomiting and having diarrhea. This lasted 12 or more hours. It has been three days and I’m still recovering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded

Had ordered some Mac sauce. The next morning I woke up to severe stomach pain and could not stand up or sit up due to the pain being so severe.
