Cheeseburger with tomato cheese lettuce. I ate at 12 P.M., I had fries and a cheeseburger with a slice of tomato, lettuce, and pickles. I started feeling nauseated at 6 P.M. and threw up multiple times from 8-9. The next day I felt fatigued and started to recover.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue
