Ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich at 10 am 5/12/18. Stomach pain began around 6pm and nausea, vomiting and diarrhea continued through the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate around 9:30, I my ate 1/3 of the big Mac and I was already full. After 20 minutes I was going back and forth into the bathroom till 11: 30. I'm not sure if it's because if the mayonnaise has whole milk or not (I'm lactose intolerant) but I'm sure it was the burger.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate the guacamole bacon chicken sandwich after work at 6:30 p.m

About 3 hours later, I started feeling nauseous, and got a fever. My body was aching so bad.

I was sweating, with a high fever but still felt so cold.

Never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
